About KEØN
Five musicians from the Emsland region, one common denominator: riffs that land. Dennis “Erwin” Vaas (vocals), Sebastian Schepers (bass), Andreas Müller (guitars), Ingo Carlucci-Schulte (guitars) and Florian Brüggemann (drums).
Since 2019 KEØN have been building a sound of their own out of nineties alternative metal, cold electronic undertones and modern hard rock. Erwin sings about the things that hurt – social imbalance as much as the personal. On stage that turns into a show that is not merely performed but meant: energetic, honest, and never short of a surprise.
“Heavy, yet thoroughly accessible alternative metal.”— Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung
For fans of Machine Head · Prong · Alice in Chains · Clawfinger · Sepultura · Faith No More · Soundgarden – with a healthy dose of old-school Metallica.

KEØN – nineties alternative metal reinterpreted with modern elements.
The five northern German musicians Dennis “Erwin” Vaas (vocals), Sebastian Schepers (bass), Andreas Müller (guitars), Ingo Carlucci-Schulte (guitars) and Florian Brüggemann (drums) founded KEØN in 2019. They combine core elements of nineties-inspired alternative metal with electronic interludes and modern hard rock. Lyrically, vocalist Erwin does not shy away from uncomfortable subjects, ranging from social grievances to personal experience. All of it is carried into carefully staged live shows – energetic, honest and always good for a surprise or two.
